Question 3 Vol 2 > "Can you know God without meeting Him?"

Many people "born" into a religious perspective have trouble understanding the enthusiasm of those who "choose" a faith. God works all in all, but can one really understand and stand up for one's faith without having that moment in time where the presence and personality of God is strongly felt? Can one simply "think" him/herself into faith?
